This guy reminds me of Abou Diaby before the injury. The ability to stride box to box effortlessly and seamlessly - makes me wonder what the fuss really is about Pogba.
Also, like Diaby, Arsene seems unsure of his best position. I think he must learn from his mistakes with Diaby and just keep playing the boy in one position - box to box midfielder.

He is too ponderous with the ball to play CM at the moment. Good athlete, but quite weak as well. Wenger said that is his long term role, but I think there has to be a lot of improvement before he can play there.

I reckon he would be wasted as CM, when he first came to Arsenal he looked quality wing forward and he wish he was developed in that role. How many CM do we want anyways? Also Wenger wanted OX to be CM too, his obsession with CM is

Wenger , wants wide players to be CMs or CF's, CM's to play as wide players, DM's as CB's, etc.
