Id bring Hernandez on off the bench for Mowatt perhaps after an hour. I think Antonsson will benefit well from Hernandez as hes a clever player, hopefully that's the case. Monk needs a good performance on Wednesday and then again on Saturday. I'd start with Mowatt in both - Hernandez isn't fit and part of the problem yesterday was lack of fitness in the team. Give him a sub appearance.
