Gleeson's ambition

Possibly a bit early but i suppose it's a good thing that the players are thinking about Championship football. Aslong as they dont get carried away and just focus on getting promotion then i don't see anything with talking up our chances.

Well at least we're aiming seriously for the top 2 this season, last season we aimed to seal a playoff position and we got one, so Robinson knows what he's doing when making players believe their standards, like DLOCK said I just hope they don't get too big headed and head off if all fails

I think he is just managing his career and being realistic. He wants to play in the Championship, he would love it to be with MK Dons, but if not them he needs to leave his options open.

An easy solution would be for the club to offer him a 3 year contract with a clause that he could leave if MK Dons are not in the Championship.

I like the positive talk too - and Gleeson and Co are playing well right now, it can't be denied.

It was the early timing that worried me. Lets hope it doesn't become that they (and we) all just expect success this year.

Robbo is a lot more cautious in his statements.
