Enough of reading the Beano it's Monday and time to start thinking ahead to Wednesday night.
Bristol Rovers got up and running yesterday chalking up 3 points. We'll have to allow Ken time to count up his Rob Holding bonus money what will it be used for is anybody's guess I'll wager Ken waits to see what he can squeeze somebody for Vela or anybody else keeping hold of the stash in an attempt to have the money to get us through the season with Capt Pratley out until the end of never we won't be paying him off that's for sure.
We'll have to keep on winning to dispel any thoughts of the two wins being the new manager bounce or a false dawn.

We hear nothing of bids for any of our players!.
Then we are told we are expecting a 3rd bid for Vela this week!
But Vela doesn't want to go,PP doesn't want him to go
But he's out of contract end of season!
Why then if he wants to stay doesn't he sign another contract!!! That would surely increase is value,for any club monitoring him.
Or is it just more Lies.

Bit of a problem Josh couldn't possibly sign a new contract until one was offered to him bit late in the day for the club to change it's tune on an offer now isn't it. Best ask Dean or whoever it was did the stock take of players and released the others.
Somebody best shut the window before we get any more surprises blowing in.

It's still all quiet on the Kens windfall front . Unless of course Holding as to play 500 games before we get any more money.

Don't forget little Lee the clubs special agent tasked with selling and recruiting remember him he had a long list of players at one time all lined up ready for the new manager to sign replacements from.

Just how do you sneak a goal scorer or two onto the shopping list yet again today we are told PP is still looking to bring in a couple of wide players now forgive me but if we do bring in such players what are they supposed to do with the ball when they get it is it aim it towards a stump and hope it bounces of them and lands near somebody might be able to hit it and score a goal.
Here was me thinking we were supposed to watch a display of men passing a ball forwards ultimately giving it to some reliable chap who can score goals we don't appear to have such goal scorers in abundance hence why I asked how do you sneak a goal scorer or two onto the shopping list

Could be a wide poacher?? or the inverted winger?
Or more likely be kick n hope for the best.

Out of the automatic promotion places and didn't even make the play offs.

This morning we have another mention of the cash bonus from Rob turning out. Do you know when the guess the amount we got competition closes or where to send your entry. I want to get my entry off so I can move onto the guess where the money went competition.
I know we could do with using some money to lift all remaining restrictions with the doubts for tonight the small squad malarkey isn't helping by reducing the juggling options.
