I think to 99% of supporters of Arsenal and probably outsiders looking in say Arsenal need a top quality forward the next level up from Olivier Giroud who doesn't need 4 or 5 chances to score also the same people me included think we need a seasoned or top-quality centre back so why is it Wenger looking at another attacking mid field in Yacine Brahimi from Porto at the price take of £40 million? The only thing I can surmise is is giving up on the 4-4-2 system and going to start playing a 1-8-1 or is it just paper talk about another midfielder

I've always thought Wenger was the best man for the Arsneal job, but even I'm starting to see that Arsenal need a change in management now

It's paper nonsense, nothing to get worked up about.
People just need to look at actions rather than newspapers or press conferences and of course they'd rightfully still get wound up.
Going in to this Window we desperately needed a CF and we need a CB, however we're overstocked at CM... where does our only signing play?

Mertesacker is 33 and is out for six months so will you be back knowing our track record with injuries then we have Koscielny who is coming up to 32 so only a year or so left in him as his game is based on pace. The next centre of is Gabriel who is decent but needs to play second fiddle to the main man and then we have two rookie kids in Holding and Chambers who I believe will be proper old school English centre half's but we don't have a wealth of centre half's like you're saying I believe

Strange quote, both missed the opening game, both played the second.
Plus basketball is a very high energy game.

And what's this thing above appointing captains that are not guaranteed to start.
Kos or Cech should be the captain of that team!
