As most people noted yesterday we were a different and much improved team with Huth back.
I am concerned though that three out of four of our main central defenders are the wrong side of 30. Any business or organisation has succession planning on its agenda and City should be no different.
The pursuit of Michael Keane should I believe be renewed and I read of our interest in an Austrian currently playing in Russia which is encouraging. New centre backs can be trained in our ways and learn from Huth in particular and Morgan.
Let's see what happens over the next ten days.

Dragovic has now been prioritised over Keane apparently

I thought the Dragovich deal was completely dead?
Regardless, I wouldn't write Hernandez off too quickly - nobody played well last week so it's probably too early to judge. That said, having Wasilewski as 4th choice is certainly an indicator that we need to be looking to the future, so I agree that centre back would be a good place to strengthen.

Definitely need to look to the future. Hernandez looks a very good player but a lot to learn about the Dnglosh game.
But we are short of another centre back, and we're clearly trying to do something about that.

Dragovic now top priority according to the mirror. Keane would have been great but we won't pay more than £15m for him I don't think

Didn't have a great Euros, but not many players did to be fair so haven't seen him play other than that. What's he like and how much we willing to pay?

Comes very highly rated, CL experience - I think the figure was £16m last time...?

In regards to Keane if Burnley go down he will only have 1 year left on his contract? Plus he will have had a season football under his belt as opposed to sitting on our bench. We may well get him cheaper!
