The big question for tonight is who is chief commentator for Radio Derby? Owen or that bloke who does Burton?
Never thought I would see this day that Burton would be playing Derby in COMPETITIVE game but it's gonna happen tonight.....
Derby fans should spot a wind up when they see it and Clough has certainly spouted a few, large doses of salt needed ....remember Clogh being disparaging to Fo@*st and L@*ds before big games? And then we won! I read today in the Metro (London) that Clough was craving his dream job in football, to manage his 'beloved Fo@*st'.......!!
Don't biteπ
I await the line-up tonight with interest after witnessing our record breaking win π on Tuesday night. Martin needs to start as he did sod all on Tuesday but after that, I'm not sure if I want to see Ince. BJ looks good for a start after a competent performance and needs something to booster his confidence. Baird looked adequate at full back and Shackell should certainly return to partner KEOGH KEOGH KEOGH!
Clough ain't no mug and he certainly knows most of the Derby team, in fact he picked most of them at one time and he will be confident of a result tonight.
If the worst happens, my moniker will be most apt
Team news to follow:-
Burton Albion 1 - 0 Derby County

Hmm. Interesting afternoon.
Might well explain the 'lack of commitment' yesterday.

Is everyone being sold

I think we'll struggle to sell Ince. He's been "found-out" and ends-up not being picked wherever he's been.
Best to loan him out hoping he bags a few and convinces some other mugs to part with some wonga.

We don't owe Pearson anything and don't have to back him.
Tony Pulis OUT
Let's get our club back
And go back to 4 3 3 which has achieved nothing under the past 3 managers?

4-2-3-1 would be my preference with a holding and a box to box. More a manager that can set a team up according to their strengths and weaknesses though than a 4-3-3, build on what they have, would save us a shed load of money too.

In case you hadn't noticed 666, we are 17th at the moment and may be even lower at 5pm.

To be serious for a moment while dealing with such juicy entertainment from our dearly beloved near neighbours.........
Sticky Mel doesn't understand that merely throwing money into football won't buy success.
The players don't want to play for Pearson, or don't understand what is required of em'
Some very good managers aren't always successful at every club they manage. BC to Leeds comes to mid.
If you you keep changing manager the performances can often just get worse.
