Because one of the stands backs right on to the cemetery and bats have very sensitive hearing which will more than likely drive them away from their natural habitat.

The bats are more important than Chelski's new stadium.

Bats have a regular flight path and if this disturbed it could threaten their existence. Also depends on what type of bats they are, some are rare species and protected by law

Seeing as you only got 13k you probably don't need one
