We have a strong first XI. Bench options are currently Janssen, Wimmer, Wanyama, Nkoudou/Njie, Son.

I dont think that Dier & Wanyama is a CM combo that we want to have too often. It effectively puts Dier in the more creative role, which is not his forte, he's a converted centre back ffs,

We have plenty of defensive cover, its the key attacking players that we need options for. When Dembele Eriksen or Alli are missing or playing sheite what options do we have?

I think players like Dele, Kane, Dier etc have got a bit carried away with their own hype - add that to the abysmal Lamela - and we start to look really average.

Wanyama has been very impressive though.

You haven't mentioned costing us 2 points on Saturday .

He scored a good header against Everton, but you have to question whether we would have been losing to start with if we played at full strength - without him.

Extremely poor player.

Lamela is on an impressive 1 goal and 1 assist after three games, no?

Vorm - reliable

Davies - reliable
Wimmer - quality
CCV - untested
Trippier - reliable

Wanyama - quality
Winks (or Onomah) - untested

Nkoudou - unknown
Onomah (or Edwards)- untested
Son - possible quality

Janssen - possible quality


Add Chadli and Bentaleb to that and it would look a whole lot better, and they are the positions where key signings are critically needed.

At worst one top quality forward and Alli to cover in the two.

We`ll sign nobody of any real note, nobody with proven class which we need, I think Levy has decided to free up some wages to pay for new deals to Eriksen etc and Poch has been told to go with our up and coming young players.

A recipe for disaster, a bad run of injuries and we will be relying on inexperienced youngsters.

I can`t see a successful season, 6th at best and the usual poor form in the cups is all we have to look forward to imo.

At least we know Levy is putting all this money into the new stadium, which will be magnificent and worth the wait.

Unfortunately we at Spurs have some of the most short sighted tantrum throwing plank fans in the divison in our ranks and that always makes things harder
