Given the lack of creative players at our disposal, surely we need to now build the team around Chadli and play him in a central role (in behind Rondon) where he can most influence the game.
McClean, Leko, Phillips, Berahino and Robson-Kanu can all play on the flanks. However, we've got very few central creative options.

Chadli is our best no.10, but I think he will score goals wherever he plays. If Morrison is fit/in form I'd play him as no.10, with Chadli on one side and let the other 4/5 fight for one place. But it should be fluid with players interchanging.
I'm more concerned about the lack of CM's. Yacob is very good at what he does but no more. Fletcher looks shot and it's only September. Field has been impressive but he can't be expected to carry us.
I agree it's just about hoping we can get to 20 points by the next transfer window, then we can hopefully sort this mess out then.
