How do you cook your steak?

On the red hot griddle pan, wee dodd of butter.

Couple of minutes either side, medium rare.

I like my steak medium rare.

I think the one time I cooked a steak it was medium-well done then medium, then medium rare, a rare bit in the middle then medium rare to medium on the top of the steak. Best off sticking to something simple.....

I've tried it Blue a few times and it's very tasty. Problem is it takes about an hour to chew

My wife likes her steaks black and blue. So charred tastily on outside but blue in the middle. You can get this by ensuring the pan is massively hot and the steak hasn't been out the fridge as long as you would normally prep it. Easier with a thicker cut too.

12 years married the Friday just passed. Got married in Vegas when I was 23.

Are you aware if you'd done her in abd got done with culp you'd probably be out?
