Jose has aleays been at teams with huge cheque books. If he hasn't been able to put together, and motivate, a team based on the individuals then you have to say he's failed.
It would explain why he gets sacked so regularly

Ever considered a lot those players got to the level they did because of Pep?
When was the last time Jose actually developed a player? He spent all his time at Chelsea loaning out or selling young talent and relying on established names...KDB being a great example of one that got away

He gets sacked because the form of his teams turns to shiite after a couple of years...

No.
He didn't get sacked by Porto, he left them after winning the CL.
He did get sacked by Chelsea the first time, but everyone agreed it was unfair.
He didn't get sacked by Inter. He left after winning the treble.
He got sacked by Real Madrid because the players turned on him for no reason.
He got sacked by Chelsea because the players turned on him for no reason.

You must be the only person left who believes the Jose BS Wahl. He deflects criticism because he's too arrogant to admit his weaknesses, and that leads to him losing the support of his players.
Anyway, I'm out for the night...just remember, sometimes it is actually his fault

You can either hate or admire Mourinho's personality. The players who admire it have been ridiculously successful under Mourinho. Drogba, Lampard, Terry etc. That says a lot.
