I'll start this comment with a disclaimer - I'm no expert and I don't play Football Manager.

Just wondered what people think of the possibility of Wood playing the No. 10 role?

He holds play up, can pass ok and has a decent long range shot on him.

Be gentle please!

I'll rephrased it, wood plays the most important position in our team and when he plays well, the team does well

I think we need better up there, but he the only option we've got because no other can play that position

Does that clear it up for you peacock ???


All I can say is, you've never seen him play 40yearold

Wood has had far more bad games in a Leeds shirt than good ones. If he's still on 6 goals by Christmas he needs selling. Look at Emnes's goal. Gets the ball, turns, the defender and hits the back of the net, made it look so easy, can say ive only ever seen him do that once (v Derby away)

wood is at his best when he doesnt think about things, hes decent at instincitve finishing, gets in good postions to score which is most the battle.

whip low balls in there and pick him out and he aint bad, just has such donkey potential too.

Agree exactly Bread and Butter play he is shocking- Instinctive where he does not overthink everthing he is pretty good- 4in 8 is a pretty good return already and if he scores again soon he will be the next lee chapman lol

Apart from mowatt in instead of Hernandez I would go the same as gelderd at this moment.

To me it's a starting lineup of no square pegs.

Dallas starts for me, over roofe, cause he is a winger.

Wood, instead of ant, because he is able to play as a lone striker.
