For me, throughout the season so far we can see that the team selection isn't working at all. The back four bar Ivanovic did alright tonight, as they were given no protection from the midfield three. The problem is both Matic and Oscar are not centre midfielders. Matic hasn't really got the legs to press, and Oscar doesn't have the passing range to create anything.
Hazard and Costa barely got in the game, as the midfield struggled in getting the ball to them.
Fabregas has to start. Three years ago we saw what our midfield was without him, and how everything was left to Hazard to create. Going back there would be a step in the wrong direction.

Little of colum a little of colum b.
He can only pick the players he has. Unfortunately Ivan and matic are two of those players. Also if Terry is on the pitch the 1st goal probably doesn't happen.
Just beaten by the better team tonight.
We will improve.
