Hi chelsea fan in peace just wanted to congratulate your team for the win. I know you guys won by a better margin last year when we had a disjointed team but this time what impressed me about this team was the cleverness of play on and off the ball. They closed down every inch of space and was always one step ahead of us even Kante found it hard to take the ball off your players. At times in the first half it seemed these players were playing together for years and in Klopp I think you have one of the best attacking managers in the world. Good luck on your season and I gotta say great goal by Henderson it was one of those PL strikes that you are going to see over and over again.

Spurs got away with it against us. Burnley was a deserved beating

Really mature team performance from us which bodes well.
Klopp is building something for sure, let's see where he can take us.

Well done lads
Didn't think you did too much attacking wise but then you didn't have to bother after doing the job and getting a 2 goal lead, cracking gold by hendo, really didn't help ourselves with the 1st goal tho, we had 4 players on one side and you had 4 players on the other side wtf Just no organization without JT.
Then anyway, after the 2-0 lead you just completely pressed and restricted us out the game, we had one bit of innovation where we scored but still rarely threatened, you came closest when Courtois actually managed to make a good save for one, or any save for that matter.
Thought conte left the subs way too late as well, triple sub @ 84 mins, really? Big lesson learned hopefully.
Anyway well played and well done!
On another note, wtf is going on, the last 11 times we've played you at home now, we've lost 5, drawn 3 and won 3. Bridge is becoming a happy hunting ground for you boys. Albeit we've got a similar record at Anfield the last 10/11 games.
Very strange, we must both like playing each other away

6 Pool wins, 5 chelsea wins, 5 draws in the last 15 in the PL @ home
6 chelsea wins, 5 pool wins, 5 draws in the last 15 in the PL @ anfield
Pretty weird that there is no real home/away advantage for either team

Yeah it's weird how both teams prefer playing the away game.
Just a sign of the importance of transition in the modern game I guess.
Easier to counter attack away from home.

Cheers OP
We did tire in the second half but still created the best chance(s). Sturridge didn't look his fittest, Coutinho was doing less running off the ball, Gini had run himself into the ground leading to us looking tired.

I have to endorse the article.
That is by far the best Liverpool performance I have seen agst us for a very long time.
Your pressing and closing down of space totally nullified our play and caused us to make mistakes.
If you can play like that every week, given your front line attack I would say you have a genuine shout at the title.
On the basis of last night I will be amazed if you finish lower than 3rd in the league.
Well played (through massively gritted teeth).

Do I get the impression that Conte is a bit naive about the PL as he looked stunned when L'Pool went 2 up but he will no doubt learn as he goes along

Yep you done a job on us last night, we gave you far to much respect in the first half and I wish we displayed half of your conviction at least.

Also pretty weird how they have both played 16 times in the last 15 games apparently.
