I said the same after the derby.
Look who we've beaten so far. We've beaten the four teams in the bottom four positions in the league, with the 5th team we've beaten playing like they should be down there too.
Bucharest look an average team from a weak league. BMG are at least half decent, but they've shipped 5 goals in three league games.
It's much easier to beat poor teams and maybe our fixture list has helped enormously by being so kind to us. Liverpool, Spurs and Everton look like being seriously proper tests of how far we've come.
Don't get carried away

No ones getting carried away only the media.
When do we go to Anfield? I hate going to Anfield.

It'll be interesting to see how City cope when they have their first ropey period.
What are your next 5 PL fixtures?

Swansea Away
Spurs Away
Everton Home
Saints Home
WBA Away
I'd be happy for 11 points from that Delighted at 13

hmmm, I wouldn't say these were really tough fixtures.
I'm aware that there's no easy games in the Prem but these do look a pretty reasonable run of games.
I predict you will get 11 points.

I think spurs away will be tough. Everton won't be easy. They've both had good starts. Swansea aren't a walkover either

Spurs away Everton at home will be a good test, we will have Sergio back though.

I think we all understand we're not going to carry on blowing teams away forever. Given the way we have carelessly allowed sides back into games that should had been done and dusted I think its only a matter of time until we drop a few points. But, we are getting to grips with the new style much faster than I expected, so while we're up there's no harm in making the most of it.

At the start of the season, I would have been happy to be top 4 with some sort of decent challenge for the title. A cup would be nice. I really wanted us to be in every game we played showing the effort required to earn the right to play as we wanted. I wanted to see motivation and enjoyment from the players.
I feel that all all those hope are being met at the moment.

The start has been way beyond my wildest expectations. It is the way certain players who I thought would be heading for the exit are looking like totally new signings. The way we fight to get the ball back when we lose it. The speed of our passing & the constant movement of players. These are the things I am finding most pleasing. After supporting City for 50 years I can honestly say this is the best I have ever seen them perform. Long may it continue

The way we bullied United in their own back yard was amazing, until I saw Watford do it too
