Nottingham Forest v Arsenal

Hope Bendtner does not have a good game if he plays.
I quite like this competition
Went to the Final v Sheff Weds in 93
A good celebration afterwards

Maybe Akpom and Perez should get a run out.
Give Xhaka a start.

Hopefully not a repeat of the shambles last season
with the injuries

I was 9 years old and remember supporting Sheffield Wednesday ( I am a Spurs fan). For some reason I had always assumed this was the FA cup not the league cup until this very day

Did you nearly die of boredom? If so it was the FA Cup.
The League Cup final was a decent game. John Harker put SW ahead, but Merson scored a stunner before Morrow got a winning goal. Then Adams dropped Morrow before he had chance to get his medal.
