So for several years now a war has been waging between Liverpool and Spurs fans on Ja. Mostly started, and then inflamed by a few posters on each side (GB and Sandy).
"Historypool" "Looters" talk of failed title challenges, who has won what, mid table, CL qualification or lack of. An endless list of barbs used by both sides in the on-going battle of who is the better team / bigger club etc.
So finally the Football Gods have seen fit to end this "debate" once and for all, the 4th round EFL cup tie at Anfield in late October has now become the Ultimate Decider (see it's like when they say the name of the movie in the movie)
No ifs or buts about it, this is the game to finally confirm who the daddy between these 2 clubs is.
Game on.

I imagine Liverpool will be going full throttle for this, as it will probably be the most glamorous midweek tie of the season for them.
It is the middle game of seven for us on consecutive weekend/midweek matchdays - inc a CL double header v Leverkusen, Leicester and the NLD - and certainly the least important.
