Now I didnt watch the game tonight, as I would rather watch grass grow, but I did switch on at about 80 mins to make sure Bale wasnt injured,
and despite a clash of heads he looks like he has come through the game unscathed, even though he was up against cloggers such as john terry.
I thought this is cause for celebrations so..

bennycool.
if harry ends up as england manager i would be very interested to see what happens.
the media all want him to get it, all think he will be perfect, if he fails you reckon everyone will just give up?

Okay bad example, my problem was towards the start of 10/11 when Fabio was opting for United reserve Chris Smalling over players like Dann and Cahill who were playing week in week out for their respective clubs
I'm a fan of Smalling

click... i hear that. hmm. i am not convinced by cahill personally.
the thing is... thats just it.. i am not convinced because he is not at a big club, in the spotlight week in week out, where every mistake will be analysed, and be in the champions league etc.
do you see what i mean?

Maybe I'm just tired of Italian managers. Having put up with Ancelotti and Capello, and their rigidly conservative and inflexible tactics and game plans it really does grate me when I see players picked on reputation rather than form

Chronic - he's personally my last hope of getting a manager with some balls in. I know he's set in his ways but I also hope he doesnt bend over like all other managers have to the media.

We need a manager that understands international football. There are certain things that work in Europe and International competition (Crouch being a prime example) that don't in league football. No-one can doubt Capello's domestic record, but it's a different world.
England need either a top manager with international experience, or a motivator like Harry that can get them enjoying playing for their country again.

ArryRaptorlovesBenAE,
Spurs mean the world to me
It is a team full of pre madonnas, who deserve a real slap around the face because of their ego's.
===============================
I'm sorry but them 2 statements are so contradicting its untrue. The England team is filled with Premiership players, just like the Spurs team, so if Engalnd "is a team full of pre madonnas, who deserve a real slap around the face because of their ego's" surely all Spurs players "deserve a real slap around the face because of their ego's".
You cant have it both ways. We should always support our club players on the pitch but they are not all Gods off of it, far from it.
