Hypothetically speaking. If you were given the choice between 3 points from the Champions League fixture at Celtic, or 3 points from the Premier League fixture at Spurs which would you take?
Personally, the League is the priority although I suspect that those at the helm would argue differently.
A win at Spurs would open up a 7 point gap on them and at least a 5 point gap at the top, which would be massive psychologically.
I just think that losing to Spurs would have a more negative impact on the season ahead, than losing at Celtic would.
That said, in the real world we might win both anyway. Happy days.
