Thursday seems like a big opportunity to me, we've had a lot of players have faultering starts to the season. Who would you like to see tried out/ find form mid week?
For me:
Martial- Obvious one. Huge talent, hasn't really got going yet
Mkhytarin- Bad start but could be a huge player for us. Hoping he makes an impact.
Depay- Still not given up on this guy, still think he can come good.
Schniderlin/ Blind- If one of these were to put in some good performances in midfield, it would create real competition and depth in the area. Something we'll definitely need going into the Christmas rush.
Who will you be looking for a big performance from?

Mkhitariyan hasn't had a bad start. He had a bad 45 mins against city.
He was excellent against hull when he came on
Not his fault Jose wouldn't play him in the other games
Martial would be good if fit however
Depay I can't see ever coming good if I'm honest. Hope he proves me wrong
Blind won't play in midfield. He is cover left back and CB now I think
Would be nice to see schneiderlin start and also Fosu-Mensah and if we are 2 or 3 goals ahead would be nice to see Tuanzebe

2-3 goals ahead won't be happening with a much changed team. These lots aren't mugs either.

Mhki looked very good in his cameo at Hull, he then got injured for Armenia but Jose obviously felt it was a risk worth taking playing him against City which back fired.
I think the injury was the key reason Mhki had a bad game, he didn't look sharpe and seemed apprehensive pressing when that has always been a big part of his game.
If he's fully fit and mentally ready then Thursday is the perfect opportunity for him.

I'd like to see Martial, Depay, Rooney and Mkhitaryan play on Thursday with Carrick and Schneiderlin behind.
TFM, Smalling, Rojo and Darmian in defence.
I'd be happy with that line up to see how the players seize a chance although it can be difficult at times with a much changed team.

I'd like to see Fellaini and Rooney start on Thu as it might indicate that they are not going to start in the PL.

I wouldn't play Fellaini on Thursday as if my forward four are to make an impact I believe they'll need plenty of energy and guile behind them which is something, in theory, Carrick and Schneiderlin should provide.

Yeah, I'd be happy with that, is there another option instead of Rojo? With Martial central?

I'd leave Blind as LB, and start Memphis in front of him. We have to give Mikhi a start as well, and Pogba a day off. Scheiderlin and Herrera in MF.
