He's from the same mould as Klopp, loyal to the cause and they give him his chance at football in England.

...if the job, as presently suspected, is just as a front man for Uncle Mel's team and tactics, then we needn't expect anyone other than someone geful for the opportunity and/or salary.

On Friday Morris was backing NP as 'his man' and on Tuesday he gets suspended; unless NP has actually thundertwatted players or staff, there's only one other cause for this present scenario and it wouldn't bode well for our future under MM.

I wonder if agents have been involved and Mel is now scrutinising everything that is and has gone on with our recent signings.

It could be that agents target wealthy owners as cash cows that just keep giving and have the coaches =, managers and other staff in place to make it happen.

If I was an owner I wouldn't trust anyone. Unless I owned Leeds of course.

There wasn't necessarily anything untoward in the Bamba story; he was without a club, had been released by Leeds so as not to be a distraction to the squad and wanted a place to train to maintain his fitness; why wouldn't he have asked his old boss for a favour? With the form of Keogh, rumoured issues of "differences" with Shackell, and limited cover, I'd have been more concerned if we HADN'T at least given a free agent the once over when the opportunity presented itself.

As for the other transfers under Pearson I don't see that we overpaid for either Vydra or Anya so not much to see there... I still think our current debacle is more to do with Pearson and Morris clashing rather than any link to the corruption that The Telegraph is busy exposing/creating.

Is it suspended, pending an investigation into his conduct or is the suspension time bound for being a naughty boy.

Why all the silence?

It's pending an investigation, which is essentially that the club has to be seen to be giving all options due consideration when the reality is that he won't be coming back, hence Idiakez resigning, Chrissy P wailing that he's 'lost a friend' and all the papertalk being on speculation on who his replacement will be, not if there will be one.
