Where to start?
The FA have clearly made the right decision in sacking Sam, however, why did they hire him in the first place.
English football is now in the worst state i've ever known it. Certainly in my lifetime at least.
So where now? Wenger is the obvious choice for me. I see him as a very honourable fella especially compared to Allardyce. I think if the FA gave him free reign he'd be the ideal candidate to overhaul the national set up much the same way he's overhauled things at Arsenal. His contract runs out at the end of the season so stick Southgate in for a few months at get Wenger in in May.
As for the state of the Premier League, it sounds like there's plenty of dodgy dealings going on. The FA needs to clean it's act up and crack down on the rotten apples in order to restore the reputation of football in this country. A reputation that is at an all time low for me!

The FA will now be limited to 'promoting from within' as nobody out there can be trusted enough to be squeaky clean.
They have now set the bar pretty high.

Sam Allardyce, Harry Redknapp, Tony Pulis and Sven Goran Eriksson are all current or ex-Premier League managers.
Of course, there is no suggestion that they have ever conducted transfer deals in anything other than a clean, transparent and totally honest way.
I am just saying that they are all current or ex-Premier League managers.
So I wonder who the eight are?

There has never been any suggestion that Pulis has ever had a cut of any transfer....

Yep. Pulis is definitely a Premier League manager and a Premier League manager has definitely been taking bungs!

"Harry Redknapp" is an anagram of "Here are the reddies".
But that is probably just a coincidence...
