Just having a look at the venues for the 2017 competition in England and Wales.
15 matches and not a single one north of Birmingham. Only 3 grounds being used: Oval, Edgbaston and Cardiff.
A little bit miffed that there are no matches in the north.

early June so they probably think weather will be better in the south. which is often not the case in June. but we will see.

Interesting and disappointing. I guess the administrators assume that interest in the rest of Britain has peaked. You would have thought a game in Ireland would have got a few bums on seats!

Got my tickets to the final. Guessing that wasn't the most popular match that people wanted to buy tickets for.
