Getting away from the usual club-based "banter", this is one we really should win. Not that I think it's an easy game but you've got to be looking to beat the lower-ranked nations at home.
Any thoughts on team selection? The thinking seems to be we'll have a lone striker (probably Fletcher) with three attacking players behind - Burke, Snodgrass and Ritchie look favourites.
I doubt if there's much to be done about the defence. We could do with some better centre-backs, but then I could do with being about 10 years younger.

Didn't hear the booing elite, was that before the game?
I imagine it's part Hibees part fans angry at his decision to withdraw for the Malta game. Not the first and won't be the last sadly.

Burke has looked pacy and direct when I've seen him previously but Forrest should have started on the right for me, bang in form.
Martin starting is just ridiculous, absolutely ridiculous.
