Not football related but got round to watching this the other day and have to say it's one of the best films I've seen this decade.
Absolutely fantastic. For those that don't know what it's about it shows the lead up to banking crisis that caused the global crisis.
Give it a watch if you haven't
The big short

Admin1 and his boiler room shame
Best part of the film was Ryan Gosling shouting in the toilets
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Once got a call from a boiler room A1(or E1) Asset management . Tore a few strips off the guy on the phone, saying if he is so accomplished at investing why doesn't he just do that. Told him he can give me one tip and on the basis of that he can call me back. He explained about Apple and this new phone they were releasing, the iPhone. Shares were $33 dollars he told me they would go to 100. I told him that when they hit 100 to call me and then we can chat. He called back about 3 months later. It was awkward but I still told the guy to do one.

I've been meaning to watch it but not gotten around to it.
I did however watch the first half of Bridge of Spies with Tom Hanks - it's brilliant so far and I intend to finish it tonight.

If this film gets you mad don't read about the Rothschilds your head will explode
----------------------------------------------------------------------
They've got money invested in every bank going.
That family also bankrolled both sides of the Second World War.

You'll all keep voting for governments who encourage and enable and profit from this type of banking culture. AND YOU'LL LIKE IT
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Not me. Haven't once voted for a mainstream party since the 90s.
In terms of parliamentary representation, my vote's been flushed down the toilet each time, but I'm not giving up.

I know this thread has wound down but just read that this week, Iceland sentenced another nine bankers to prison for their role in the 2008 financial crash.
In January this year HuffPo said that 29 bankers have been jailed in Iceland, so that's now 38, which is 37 more than every other country in Europe and the US combined, but still, good stuff Iceland.

Every major war going back to the napoleonic days.
The more I read about them the angrier I get.

It's a shame only one country has the balls and morals to punish the bankers for what they did and make no mistake about it are still doing.
