I see Danny Wilson is almost certainly out of Sunday's match - if I was a Bear I would be disappointed at that news

Are you still losing weight? - I got to losing about 2 stone 6 but then packed it in as my face looked gaunt. Have put some on now but won't go over my "2 stone lost" threshold

If fully match fit, then I would want Wilson and Hill to start. I wouldn't want him playing on Sunday for his first game back after being out with injury, even if he was available.

Castle - according to Warbs and Laudrup, you're not going to have that dilemma - no Wilson at all

I would be no more worried about that pairing than any other.

All 4 CB we have are just as capable as each other.......or incapable for that matter.

Gilks might be a concern given he has only played pletty straight forward games so far

Without conceding mind you.

Feel sorry for Hodgson as it looks like he will miss out.

Still lost just under 2 stone Iv stalled a bit Steve was away for the weekend about a fortnight ago and lost 0 in that time , I'm out for a curry on Saturday night with family and next week I'm in Largs for a meal with friends but I'll stick to it in between , I'd like to lose another stone before my annual trip to Goa in Feb
