KP is the man, he should be brought back but it will never happen.

Be interesting what happens. Ballance is unselectable and hameed is too big a risk. Amazed no one else has been called up. Cook was moaning about a lack of experience in Bangladesh and there was ian bell in the sky studios. I think the only option is to bat bairstow at 4 and bring butler back at 7 who should be WK. By the sounds its going to be a 4 man pace attack of broad Finn Stoke's and woakes with Ali, rashid and root as spinners. The batting is the real problem with better players left at home like bell, billings and kp

Moeen's performances over the last 12 months would get him a place in most international sides.

Course it would.. he's been sensational whatever position he's been asked to bat and doing his job as part time spinner just fine

No matter what, you can't compare Moeen/Rashid type players with Swann or even Monty at his peak. You need strong 💪 spin bowlers especially in subcontinent conditions to succeed not bits n pieces like players.

Moeen did well against India in England mainly due to our wrong selection and worst test captain a.k.a "Dhobi".
