Solid Start

25% of league games done and we're still on target for 2 pts a game which will have us top 4 and potentially fighting it out with the other title contenders

We've played the top London teams in London and taken 7 from 9 and scoring a few goals in doing so.

Defense is looking better and we picked up a clean sheet the other night, my only concern at the mo is the keeper situation. I know its early doors with him and he kicks better than ming however he's just as bad at crossing, and he's shot stopping skills haven't really been tested yet.

Anyways good start, now lets kick the shiiiiiiiiiiit out of the jumped up cants on Tuesday night

Mind the gap my $puddy friends

The common denominator in all our recent keepers being dodgy is Achterberg.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Maybe, or could it not be that we haven't found the right keeper yet? I'm pretty sure that Reina's loss of form can't be pinned on Achterberg, but on Reina himself.

Reinas loss of form started when Achterberg came in.

I put his loss of form down to attitude and wanting to leave.

Might come back to bite you, OP!

That gap might be reversed soon enough and Christmas is when one should be a bit more cocky, not in October and when the daylight saving changes haven't even happened <soh>

That's the problem with a bunch of fans who have had to endure being out of top 4 for so long - once in 6 years if I am correct

Like they say, in your land "Eh,calm down!"

At least he was alive the last time Spurs finished 2nd, and fortunate to miss them finishing 3rd in a 2 hire race last year.

That Karius was not at fault for their goal is beyond challenge. That he was 100% at fault for giving the corner away which led to their goal is equally beyond challenge.

He can have all the time in the world for me. No matter who is coaching him, or what's in his head, he needs to improve on his decision making.

Definite not seen an improvement on SM yet. When we make the decision to buy someone it should in theory improve the situation

However as above his decision making is suspect which you can see makes the defenders uneasy. Same as it's been for the last few years with SM
