Be honest with yourself as limited as both of them are either of them are much better than Brown

A few Celtic supporters on here were saying recently they would love Lucas at Celtic and look how the fans have gone overboard about Toure who is past his sell by date and was when he joined Liverpool.

I've read Liverpool fans saying they would love Toure to still be at Liverpool right now and I'd take Brown over either Lucas or Henderson.

Oh right a guy who has never played in England over the current England/Liverpool captain and a guy who has played in England sufficiently for 10 yrs...no problem

Toure was finished when he left City. He was a stop gap 4th choice at Liverpoool and only got a game at the end of last season when Sakho was suspended and the other alternative was Skrtel.

You keep going on about playing in England as if its some amazing aspirational thing, it ain't.

I don't rate Henderson, you do, no biggie.

Oh and Brown has more international caps, more champions league appearances and more medals than him.

Brown had no issues bossing CM against England a couple of years ago.

The same CM's who ply their trade week in week out in the EPL

I don't rate Henderson highly but come on he is head and shoulders above Brown

Why has no team in England ever tried to sign Brown if he is that good. I know Redknapp once said good things about him but don't know if an offer was made

Maybe Brown is happy in Scotland and fair play to him as that is his choice.

As for medals/international caps i don't think that is a good barometer as we are talking about Scotland here. i am Scottish so not being sensationalist just realistic. We currently have guys like Barry Bannan playing for Scotland so as i said not a good barometer

I am happy for you that Rodgers/Brown/Toure are all at Celtic and not Liverpool so enjoy them

I don't remember that game and don't know if he played in the last game where we were horsed 3 - 1 where it looked like men against boys

I am sure you were one of the guys on here giving Brown pelters but as I said enjoy him at your club.

I would have McArthur/Morrison ahead of him for Scotland also as we are all entitled to opinions

I just prefer guys who are comfortable on the ball. If I was playing against Brown i would be happy to let him have the ball as he is not going to hurt you in possession.

In saying that he may play a stormer now and make me look stupid.

obviously never saw Scott Brown playing.

I was giving him pellets last year because he was so far off the pace.

It subsequently turned out he was playing while injured the entire season.

Fully fit he bossed the City midfield.. currently the top English team.

To say he's no good enough for the EPL is just daft.

Basically saying players like Huddlestone, Gardner, Cattermole, Whickham etc are better than him
