Well, SMc is middle for diddle on a 'win lose draw' pattern.
I initially thought we'd seen an improvement in holding out a determined Leeds side.We followed this by a borderline unlucky draw against Brentford and then perhaps returned to type against Huddersfield by conceding a late goal, again.

Sheff Weds are on a decent run and probably look a bit stronger than last year ( I thought they over achieved)
SMc has copped for a run against some of the better teams in the division and I think achieving a result is ultimately more important than a performance at the moment, but more difficult given our opponents.
I think I will give him some wiggle room and judge his second tenure by where we are at Christmas .
My heart says top six is still on,my head says,yet again,we say next season will be our time.Although it's starting to sound like nightmarish tinnitus.

Any hopes of a run, needs to start with 3 points tomorrow, early in the season it looked like the Wendies were having the play off loss hangover but boy have they got their crap together since so this is huge.
We have overcome a few firsts already but a first half goal has become a real drain and at home has got to be addressed.
At this stage I would take the 3pts no matter what but we deserve less of the speech play and more of actual action.
Time to step up you Rams.

We are struggling to sell tickets for this game. Tickets on sale right up to 3 with no increase for buying on the day. The part timers are starting to vote with their feet. A win is needed.

A win today will be very difficult. But SMc has had an uninterrupted week of coaching on the training ground. This game will be a huge challenge. It's a huge pity Will is suspended and I really hope Bryson is fully fit.

Certainly applies to me Spart. First Wednesday game I've missed in ages.
The Pearson debacle and current difficulties driving have seen to that. Might be persuaded to make the 300 mile round trip, if & when the ball starts hitting the back of the net again, instead of being 'just wide' or 'over the top'.
Forest tickets available soon though !
