I know I may not get many sensible answers here but just try and imagine what would be the situation now if he was manager.
Would we be playing fast attacking play and getting better results ?
I would bet Carrick and Miki would have featured much more but don't think he would have dropped Rooney like Jose has.
Good Palace just equalised !!
What if Giggs had taken control ?

I don't think any United fan does, yet they seem to think differently, like a plague of cockroaches on this board most days.

You're no Man U fan if you don't believe in the greatest rivalry in the game..

If Giggs was manager we wouldn't have Pogba, Mkhitaryan and Zlatan. Probably not Bailly either.

Maybe not but I do think keeping evra and vidic et al for a little longer would have been vital for any new signings
What we lack more than anything is leadership. We have non currently.

I wasn't on about Giggs after SAF but Giggs after LVG, ie. appointed in the summer. Of the four signings only Bailly has been consistently good. Miki is one of my favourite players and god knows what Jose is doing with him.
Who knows he may have played TFM more and been a whole lot more positive and better than a lot of people on here think.
I expect him to do well when he has his first job. People are underestimating him as he comes across as a little shy and quiet but he knows his stuff

The task at UTD was huge when SAF left. Giggsy with SAF as guide would have been a better option than what we went for
I still think Giggsy should have been given a chance tbh. That doesn't mean he would have succeeded of course

I tend to agree but we are in a minority here for sure.
The argument that he has no experience doesn't hold really after Moyes and then LVG didn't do well and Jose is making a slow start.
It might just be too big a job for him especially as a few of the players are still mates of his. Maybe in a few years time if he does well in his first job wherever that may be

I think he might have been in with a shout if lvg hadn't been sacked.

I don't. He was a chit assistant truth be told and didn't do much in his interim period. He will struggle in my opinion

How do you know he was shizit other than his association with LVG which at the end of the day missed out on the CL by goal difference and won the FA cup
As far as his interns period what exactly were you expecting him to do in a handful of gamrs with a demoralised squad

No idea what Giggs would have done because he was a mute for the last three years.
Giggs may have a genius football brain for all I know but, if so, then he has hid it well.
