Kane, Erriksen, Dele, Lamela...

.... all prefer to play the no 10 role that is why we are struggling we are forcing round pegs into square holes( Lamela & Erriksen on the wings but they drift in-field ) that is why our play is so inverted & slow where we place a huge amount of emphasis on Rose & Walker providing the pace & width so stop our wing backs and you stop Spurs because our midfield in the final third of the pitch is totally over crowded !!!

There were times yesterday when Rose was coming in field into a CM position.

We certainly lack width and as the op says we have too many players who all want to come inside and play the number 10 role. This part of the pitch becomes congested meaning our players are taking that extra touch and the oppo defence has that extra second to reorganis

Im sure this is the reason why Poch bought Sissoko and N'Koudou in the summer who are both direct and hug the touchline, unfortunately both haven't performed yet in a Spurs shirt.

No one cared last season when we was playing the best football for years

We will be fine as the season progresses, especially when Kane gets back. Apart from his goals he is the fulcrum of our attacking play.

Are Sissoko and Nkoudou the best you could do this summer, even with the lure of CL?

Kane doesn't prefer to play as a 10, he's said he prefers being a striker and that's his position although he feels he can play as the 10 if it's required. As a 9 he can't just stand in the box like Inzaghi used to. Football has evolved since then.

Nothing is won at this time of year, it`s the second half of the season when clubs need to be at their best.

Every club usually has a bad run during a season and Spurs are in theirs right now, and yet still picking up points and avoiding defeat.

We are still creating plenty of chances during games, results will pick up as we gradually find top form.

Eriksen is the biggest worry though, he has yet to turn up this season. I would be tempted to sell him if a huge offer came in and replace him, at the moment he is contributing nothing.
