There's no one at the club that as the bowlarks to make a decision. We ave recently seen McLaren, Bruce, Warnock and now Lambert been appointed as new managers. What are we doing ?, well the title thread will give you a clue. Tony as saddled imself with Les. I can't see any experienced manager being told wot to do by an incompent Ferdinand. Our problem of a decent manager will remain as long as Les as Tony's ear.

So, it's finally appened. Jim as gone but the real problem still remains. I'm of course talkin about Les. When he was appointed director he made one of the most bizarre decisions i've ever witnessed in football. He entrusted the job of keeping us in the Premier to Chris Ramsey !! This is the Premier remember and Ramseys got zero managerial experience. Footballs equivalent of "Hari Kari". Now on to Jim, another one of Ferdinands masterstrokes. He too ad little experience, none of it at Championship level. Les is cupable as to where we are now and Tony should realize this. Maybe our next manager will be third time lucky, but with Les picking im i'm not olding my breath.
