Busy time of year for me, getting new coaches in, and lots of tournaments I was running around at over half term and just enjoying Andy Murray's phenomenal achievement at getting to World number 1.

I think I said the other day that it's good to see things improving results-wise, the thing that really struck me from photos I've seen this weekend is how 'together' the squad seem to be....really not seen that before during Cellino's tenure and for me it's essential for our success.

Always personally thought Jonty's style of writing was due to his genuine concerns and passion for the club and there was a lot to be critical about up until the last few weeks.

Still hoping that the 'Silent One' remains just that and moves on or if not leaves Monk and Pep alone.

There still is a lot to be critical about but success on the pitch tempers that a little.

We all know that the next MC mess up is just around a corner that we haven't yet negotiated

Maybe talks are on going and he's been told to button it!..

I don't think anybody that might be looking in would like as big a mess as it could turn out if the team isn't allowed to function the way it should!..
