With Strachan under pressure and may walk do think Scotland will come knocking on Lambert door, to manage you country has to be the pinniƧle of your career. Will Jeff let him go?

Can't see it mate and i think we should stick with Gordon to be honest.
But for the horror show in Slovakia our results have generally been as good as can be expected the last couple of years.

Agree think they have to stick with Gordon. You should ditch the pink shirt though a bit hard on the eyes

Ha yeah, not sure what that was about.
Was hopeful we may get a third spot in this group to aid us in future draws but fourth is looking more likely again and until we buck that trend just once we will struggle to make any ground.

Scotland seem to have gone steadily backwards for many years. In the old days they were always England's main rivals to be the best team in the Five nations of these isles. The Republic of Ireland overtook them some time ago, Wales more recently and the way things are Northern Ireland are starting to look better also. The penalties dished out to Rangers to take them out of being a top club has accelerated the weakening of the Scottish League to the point where players like Leigh Griffiths and Gary Hooper who were barely good enough for the championship became the striking superstars north of the border. Sorry state all round really from a football perspective

Only bit wrong was that the two players mentioned were barely good enough in the champo, both were comfortably good enough.
