With news that Faf has been fined 100% of his match fee for his activity with the ball. He was found guilty of ball tampering, but he is allowed to play in the next test.
Misbah was banned for slow over rates, he was due to miss the next test anyway for personal reasons.
So, it would seem, it is worse to cheat the public out of a few overs than to cheat cricket.
Cheating cricket vs cheating the public

What's the need for name calling.
As much as your point stands in the OP. It's funny how out of all captains banned for over rates you pick up Misbah, angling towards a ICC hate and are harsh on Pakistan.

no name calling. pointing out a fact. Are you not able to read and comprehend such basic things like Misbah was the last one called out? It's called being current.

nope, it's called you being an idiot. And I'm being polite. It happened at the same time and these were the two most recent examples.
Are you just pretending to be a dullard?

u2 - who do you support? There is a presumption here that you are a pak fan?

3Lions, yes, I support Pak and England. It is possible and acceptable to support both, though I support Pak when they play England.
I chose the two most recent examples of these incidents, one just happened to be of the Pakistan captain who was going to miss the next test anyway for personal reasons.
No crying, no victim, no nothing. Just showing up the ICC's ridiculous disregard for ball tampering, regardless off who and which country.

I remember Ponting a few years ago rushing through overs with rubbish bowlers to avoid a ban
