Hi all Chelsea fans, I'm looking to go to the Chelsea away game in Blackburn for my birthday in November. I'm from Scotland and I don't know how the English football ticket system works. Where would I be able to book tickets from? Also, would I be able to get tickets on the day of the game or do they have to be booked in advance. Do I buy them from the Chelsea website or can I get them from Ewood Park? Thanks in advance, any info is much appreciated.

Best bet is to buy them from Chelsea but not sure how difficult that will be for away games if you do not have a season ticket or club membership. I found Blackburn ticket people to be one of the esiest and friendliest to deal with though, a couple of years ago a mate couldn't make it so I took his ticket up there on matchday to move it for him. We were running late so I couldn't, in the ground a mate suggested I talk to a steward, he escorted me out to the ticket office and they gave me a full refund on the unused ticket, no questions asked. Now that is service, so it may be worth phoing them directly as well, you never know.

It would probably be best to get them from chelsea in case it sells out and you cant get one on the day at Ewood Park. You could borrow a membership from someone to buy the ticket
Blackburn info about sale dates is on here:
