"Arsenal are unbeaten in 18 matches since the opening weekend and sit just three points off the top of the table heading into the latest round of fixtures, but the mood around the Emirates hardly seems one of optimism unbounded.
"Wednesday's Champions League draw at home to Paris St-Germain wasn't exactly a case of points dropped, given how much better PSG were in the first half and the chances Edinson Cavani had on the night, but three draws in the last four Premier League matches have seen them lose some momentum.
"Bournemouth travel to London on the back of their first away win and clean sheet on the road after beating Stoke last week. They'll miss the influence of loanee Jack Wilshere though, who can't play against his parent club."
WHAT THE MANAGERS SAY
Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger: "I believe we have to find our game back. We didn't lose but if you do not create, that will not last.
"It's important that we find our simplicity, speed and pacy combinations back.
"We missed that fluency, and that security in our decision-making that made us dangerous in the final third a little bit. That is what is at stake for us."
Bournemouth boss Eddie Howe on losing the ineligible Jack Wilshere for this game: "He will be a big miss for us. I feel Jack has got better each week.
MATCH FACTS
Head-to-head
This will be only the fourth competitive game between the sides.
Arsenal have won all three of the previous encounters, scoring a total of seven unanswered goals.
The Gunners won both meetings last season 2-0, with Mesut Ozil scoring in each game.
Arsenal
The Gunners have lost just once in 22 Premier League games but have drawn three of their last four top-flight matches.
They are one of two Premier League sides yet to concede in the opening 15 minutes this season, along with West Brom, and are the only team yet to trail at half time.
Olivier Giroud has scored seven goals from eight shots on target in his last eight Premier League appearances.
Since the start of the 2014-15 season, Arsenal have won 65.5% of the Premier League matches in which Santi Cazorla has started (36 out of 55), compared with 39.4% when he has not (13 out of 33).
Arsene Wenger and Eddie Howe are the Premier League's longest-serving current managers at their clubs: 20 years and four years respectively.
Come on You Gunners!!!

Alexis speaks really good English
----------------------------------------------------------------------
hope this guy stays with us. The most important player after Henry at our club.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I agree. awesome player. We are supposed to build the team around him not around Ozil. He should be playing the No 10 position with ozil out on the left.
Theo Sanchez Ozil
Perez
That front four would be amazing in my opinion.

Swap Perez with giroud who is the perfect foil and hold up player for all that pace

How many times have you seen Perez play?

Alexis had a very good game. His decision making can be frustrating, but I rarely get upset about him cos he puts in the effort. We have to do EVERYTHING to keep him. We look to have a better chance of keeping Ozil. Would rather it was the reverse.

Sanchez is far more important that Ozil. We have to do everything to keep him.
He has probably been our best signing in the last 10 years

All the options in the squad and this clown is suggesting we play Alexis and Ozil in unfamiliar positions to accommodate a player he hadn't heard of 3 months ago

Was at the game earlier. Lucky enough to be in one of the executive boxes. Stadium is great. Hopefully Spurs manage to built similar or better.
Walcott and Chamberlain were pretty bad. Sanchez was the only attacker to really stand out. Havent seen reply but shouldnt Alexis have had a penalty first half? And another for Bournemouth in the second.

The foul on Sanchez was outside the box. Bournemouth could have had 2 penalties in the 2nd half, the one they were awarded first half was a Joke tho
