If Palace had been nicer to Mr Pulis none of this would have happened...

He'd earned it, hadn't he, making a team like CP look good and avoiding their customary return to the lower reaches? All he wanted was a little advance.........

Yeah he earned it.
He happily signed a contract stating when the bonus would be paid.
He decided to walk out on us a few days before a new season, going against the terms of the contract that he happily signed.
