What would you consider

a success this season?

Would you be happy with another season of Wenger if we fail to win the league this season?

For me he has to go if we don't win the league. In the summer, as usual, he knew exactly what we needed and didn't splash out on a top forward. Also, his tactics have been shown up a few times this season and his subs are the most infuriating part. He will never make an early sub or take a gamble by throwing on a surprise player.

Champions League, we will definitely go out in the next round or quarters if we are lucky.

Winning the FA Cup/League Cup is not enough for me.

To sum up: Win the league or goodbye Arsene... You've been given a hell of a lot of chances and we need someone new to take this team to the top.

A genuine league challenge, last season we may have finished 2nd but we were never actually in the race.

I think we were favourites at some point and top for a while.

When?

Even if we were considered favourites by pundits/fans at some time last season, we were never playing great football on a weekly basis that made you think we could challenge.

Sadly, this season is the same. Brilliant one week, then three weeks of mediocre performances.

Pretty much this.

Actually putting up a decent fight in the CL would be nice too. Don't expect us to go to Barcelona and out-play them all over the pitch but if for once we could avoid folding, getting a man stupidly sent off, giving away a needless penalty or letting our concentration go in the 60th minute that would be good.

Winning the League even then I might want him gone depends on how the others teams performed if we won the league

Title challenge as in still in with a decent shout of the title with 2 games left and not out of it by April. Progress past the 2nd round in the CL would be nice. If we can't do the first one of these then it's a failure, Wenger has had 3 years of loosened purse strings and so far we've made little to no progress.

Agree with this. A proper end of season title challenge. An FAC and top 3 is a good season in my book

Not too bothered about progress in the CL as we'll never win it in this freakish era of players like Bale, Messi and Ronaldo. Even if we fluked a win against say Bayern we'd eventually come unstuck against another of the big boys later on.

Title race to the wire and quarters of the CL. That would be progress. I'd be happier with that than 4th, last 16 of the CL and a fa cup cos the Pl and Cl is the goal longerterm

A domestic cup double

Seriously though, at least the quarter finals of the CL and a sustained league challenge if he cannot win it. If we fail in the league, it would be nice to do a domestic cup double to appease the masses.

Arsene shows no signs of learning from his mistakes of the last decade and for that reason, he should leave no matter what we win, because even if he wins the quadruple it would likely be down to the shortcomings of others as opposed to him showing a change in his ways. Would love him to win the league and go out on a high because he takes far too much abuse for everything he's done for us
