Poch chopped and changed CBs. WHousl simply have played Wimmer as soon as Alders was injured instead pooh has this stubborn streak which at times is to his undoing.
Everyone forgets how the stadium had to beg him to play and start Kane.
Poch has been great for us but he can be stubborn and trigger happy. This is fine when we are winning but more pragmatism is needed when we are in poor form

agree,
this left footed right footed centre back thing is a load of bollox.
its clear to everyone that dier is no longer a cb, and simply is looking awful there. all we are doing is damaging him and his confidence.
the clear move is to play a specialist CB once Toby A was out, being wimmer, who came into the back 4 very well last season to cover injuries.
poch is a good manager, but some of his decisions are weird, and he is definitely stubborn.
