Oh look 3 at the back and 1 down fergie when will he learn!

As I was not there, I cannot say whether a back three was a problem, but I'm more alarmed than we may not have too much depth in the squad, or when Fergie makes changes, the players do not know what to do. Living 5000 miles away it is very frustrating, and so, as always, I really appreciate the comments from those of you that see the games.

Firstly if there had to be a winner then Blackpool probably shaded it.
First half they were the better team and throughout the 90 mins moved the ball quicker with more purpose.
Marosi Mom .
Outfield I thought Mason was the best continues to impress me.
Of the back up players.
Beestin had his moments.
Longbottom looked ok but out of his depth at present.
Williams ran tirelessly.
Middleton mixed some bad some very good.
Keegan absolutely shocking.
So off the pace and distinct lack of interest I really thought he was appalling.
Listening to the crowd Evena can do nothing right he appears to be the new curtis.

PDXMickey, i agree that there isnt too much depth of talent in the squad but in reality we are only ever going to have to bring one or two players into the team at any one time, to cover for injuries and suspensions.
The likes of Keegan and Middleton are always going to look like better players when they are on the pitch with say, Copps or Rowe or Houghton as apposed to the young lads they had to turn out with last night.
We are fortunate enough right now to have "an any two from three" selection headache up front.
The first choice back four is decent enough and we have Wright and Evina who are more than capable of stepping in if required.
I have every confidence in Marosi as first choice keeper.

You could say that Marosi has been the Player of the Season so far and you wonder whether, had his talent been recognised by previous management, (Dickov and Ferguson) we might have:
1. Got into the play-offs the season before last;
2. Avoided relegation last season.
We may find that, come January, he may be attracting the attention of other clubs. It would be a pity that, having found a good keeper almost by accident, we may risk losing him .
