I was on youtube this morning and came across this video of a detailed analysis of how Conte's 3-5-2 fromation operates. Watch and learn.

You are putting too much info on public domain. Opposition managers will learn quickly.

Lol! They can learn and understand the system, but neutralising it is another thing. By now i believe all the premier league managers have already tried to do their own research on how they can foil this 3-5-2 formation. Ask Pep, Ask Pochettino.

He is now using a completely different system to 3-5-2.
Costa is not the tallest, that said Pedro can sort of play as a 2nd striker in a 3-5-2 system.
The success so far is down to giving us width by deploying wibgbacks, which can quickly turn from 5-2-3 (defensive mode) to 3-4-3 (offensive mode). Perfect dystem for counter attack.

Pedro doesn't play as a second striker, although of course he could. Hazard plays more advanced of Pedro and often more than Costa too, in fact there have been entire matches where Hazard has averaged the most advanced position on the pitch.

That's because Hazard isn't required to drop deep on our own half in order to defend. Off course Pedro doesn't in a 3-4-3, but could play as a 2nd striker if Conte chose to change the system to 3-5-2 in future
