Ultimately, Lorius Karius has not shown any real quality in terms of shot stopping, distribution or organising the defence. He is a poor mans's Claudio Bravo, who in turn is well, just poor. Mignolet is not much better, but he is better, and should be back in the team until a competent replacement can be found.
Klopp's persistence with Karius may well be Liverpool's undoing this season, and he should act now while the damage is relatively limited.
Karius is a problem

Sometimes you have to admit when you're wrong and have the bottle to change your mind when you can see Plan A isn't working. I hope Klopp will change his mind, I would in his position.

He is German I doubt it very much

He has the worst shots to save ratio in the whole league. Bournemouth had five, four went in. West Ham had two, both went it. Hull had one in September, it went in. Pattern developing.

so its Karius and Henderson this week who will it be next week ? Matip or Clyne. Matip made one error if you call it an error and one pass. unbelievable
----------------------------------------------------------------------
It's been Karius every week because he's Shiite. Henderson has been decdnt, some good games, a few average games. Karius has been shocking in every game.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
could you do better ?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
What does that have to do with anything. I couldn't do better which is why I expect to not play for Liverpool anytime soon. I know of quite a few professional goalkeepers who could do better though.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
but you criticize players instead of encouraging players to build there confidence, as Shankley once said you can put LFC shirts on11 monkeys on the field but he will still support them, I know of few players who could do better than Henderson, Clyne, Origi, Lallana, Milner, Mane, Matip etc etc but we haven't got them so we have to do with what we got for the time being

I might be alone in this but I think we should persist with Karius. Klopp brought him from Mainz so there's no chance he wouldn't know everything that is to know about the guy. He seems to be lacking confidence and it's affecting his judgement. There's a frenzy being whipped up by the media and our fans but until we've seen the better side of his game I don't think we can make a fair judgement.
And Mignolet... Mignolet! We know what we get with him. It's a dead end.

your not alone, Klopp see's Karius and Mignolet every day he has the confidence with the players he choose's to play in certain positions.

So, a 'In Klopp We Trust' philosophy, that's OK, but no individual is infallible, and if the errors continue and Karius continues to cost us games and points the 'anybody other than Karius' mantra will only come back stronger.
I also don't think we should get carried away with Top 4 being ours by right. We have to step up soon else we'll be edged out by more capable teams.

Klopp is not going to drop Karius because he promised him to be No.1 if he skipped the Olympic.
