He can definitely improve that aspect of his game, but even if he won everything today the ball would've still kept coming back at us and we wouldn't have controlled the game the way the rest of the team were playing.
I'm not saying hes perfect or anything, but I really don't think it's worth digging him out today when he was one of the better performers and others were far more at fault

Everton was for the taking tonight but we were beaten by two simple set pieces. They hadnt any more chance to score. That's pathetic. Chelsea will win tomorrow which means we are 6 p behind. After Sunday it could be 9p. It's frustrating when you dont win games like this.

I'd agree with this. Like I said earlier, he's too slow to change things when we're not looking good and it costs us

Wenger has always been slow with subs. He should be able to look at a team at half-time and make necessary changes if needed. You musn't always wait till the last 15 or so minutes to change the shape and personnel of a struggling team.
But that has always been him, and he won't be changing that at this stage of his career.

Our wide players were piiiiiiiiiss poor. No consistency by both of them. They dont pressure the defense and cross or pass the ball into the box. They dont win one against one and not getting behind the defense. Pathetic.

I know Sheriff, it's just so frustrating.

You dont seem to understand what Im saying. Its that when he plays we struggle as a team and his inability to control midfield is the reason why. Im not trying to single him out, but trying to point out that its a recurring patern when he plays. Some fans only look at things like the most noticible passes and tackles, but there is more to footbal than that.
One issue I think is people compare Ramsey to Santi and Ramsey will always come in second. They dont appreciate what he does well which is disprupt opposition play. They dont notice when he buys time for defenders to get back or make an interception. they do notice his poor passing and missed tackles.
What I see is the overall impact on games. We control midfield better with Ramsey than Xhaka. Its down to reading the game , positioning and his engine.
If you could combine that with Xhakas passing we would have a great player, but we cant do that.

Our problem were our wide players again. No urgency, no creativity to getting behind the defense. We needed their contribution to terrorise their defense when we were 1 up. Instead Theo let Baines cross the ball to level the game just before HT.

I understand what you're saying, but we'll just have to agree to disagree on this one then.
