Has anybody used this service on a match day before? I've never used it.

Interestsed to know what the crowds are like before kick off. They state getting there 2 hours before kick off to avoid waiting but that ain't happening tonight.

Anybody know how busy it gets over there?

I wouldn't worry about turning up 2 hours before kick off tbh

My mate has picked up tickets from the ticket office before and didn't have any problems.just have your booking reference with you

Sounds about right

Just had a look at the future games coming up. Amazing how many tickets are made available really. £130 a ticket for Chelsea after the new year.

How many years has the partnership with Stub Hub got left to run, does anybody know?
