That image of Sanchez

Crouched with a prolonged look that just screams "how the fck am I in this position " whilst his entire team doesn't turn up to the second half of the biggest game of their season so far...

I cant help but think that in the summer they will again be in the 'RVP situation' again.

I get the fact that he is their best player- but they simply can't afford for him to go for nothing. We simply have to bid big for him in January and again in the summer if it doesn't come off.

The guy would turn us into serious contenders even in the Champions league! Arsenal will want him to go somewhere abroad but I just can't see him wanting to go to China- the guy is class as well as a workhorse that just wants to be the best.

Throw the Oscar money at Arsenal and hope that the player helps move the deal along

The only way it can happen is if we offer big money or a player in return.

But say we offer £60-65m for a player with 18 months left on his contract that is obviously unsettled and then see what Sanchez does...

Sanchez would be ideal as he'd be a definate starter but also a good 2nd/3rd option in the striker position

Why not we sold them Cech....

Cech was surplus to your requirements, and wanted to leave,we done you a favour taking off your hands.<run<

Even less chance of it happening next month.

Obviously! but if he knows about our interest early then he won't even entertain a new contract until the end of the season...

The financial gap between the clubs is not the same as when Cole left. if everyone in the team harried as much as Sanchez then he probably would not have been on his haunches sad after a defeat.

Is that not kind of the point?

He's by far your best player- surrounded by gutless trash (no offense) why would he want to stay?

None taken. I just think he is less likely to go to Chelsea than Ashley Cole was at the time, who is of course from London anyway so it was convenient geographically and financially.

Bit like why Cech went to Arsenal rather than abroad, despite his love if Chelsea.

We could get Sanchez if we wanted to. Would take a mammoth transfer fee though. City could get him too. They've probably got deeper pockets than us. Cunnts.
