So, it's that time of year again when being from Devon is mildly relevant, as once again we've been drawn against one of the West Country teams in the third round of the FA cup.
As with Exeter City last year, Plymouth Argyle enjoy the weekly delights of league 2 football, in which they're actually thriving this year.
They started the league season running, and sit top at Christmas, even after a run of 4 games without a win in November/December. They've turned this around recently, with a much better run of results.
Hopefully it won't be relevant, but if it does go to a replay, Home Park is a far more impressive stadium than Exeter City's St James Park, with its 17000 capacity and pitch that doesn't go into a hill by the goal mouths.
Plymouth star man and top scorer is graham Carey, with double figures so far in the league.

Don't blame you. The travel networks past Bristol are shyet.
And reaching Plymouth is even worse than Exeter. The "Devon expressway" is one of those ironic names.

Would rather Newport had got through really as they are not used to winning games and don't have any fans.
Plymouth could be a tricky tie. Carey takes a great set piece and they win a lot of football matches, and they will bring loads to Anfield and make more noise than we will.
Obviously we should win the game even with a reserve line up, but I bet they score a goal and make it interesting.

Selb..behave yourself man. Anfield is a carpet of a pitch and the way we play with our home record i will be amazed if we dont win by 3 or more goals.
