My sister gave me a board game last year

I had given her it the year prior. She stays in bearsden, hardly skint

So we are Ageed then a prostrate massager wins. Only used it numerous times too

My grandmother once got me a Bratz shirt, pink and full of glitter, I was an 11 year old boy at the time.

I've always wondered if she was trying to tell me something.

A broken lawnmower.

My dad had been drinking heavily with one of his mates, and it was the usual "bring the kid down to speak to the alkies" time. For whatever reason the conversation turned to me building a go-kart (something that I had never mentioned before or since) and I humoured them because I couldn't be bothered with them and just wanted to go back to my room.

Come Christmas day my dad takes me outside for a big reveal of my present and presents me with an utterly clapped out, badly faded red petrol lawnmower. I couldn't even pretend to hide my disappointment and he seemed quite hurt, obviously thinking it was the best gift ever. He tried to start it to show me how cool it could be and of course it didn't even turn over. Apparently it worked in the scrappy and he suggested that I might have fun trying to get it to work again. It lay untouched behind a cover in the garden for about 7 years before it was finally chucked. He apparently spent around £100 on it too - the guy must have seen him coming.

I think that was the only time my dad was ever allowed to buy a present for me without my mum's consultation.

Can't really remember any really bad presents, however this year I got a rather nice bottle of wine from the brother-in-law and family.



I know it's a nice bottle, it's the one I gave the heathens 2 years ago!

Don't knock it....depending on the wine it could be even better than when you gave them it.
